Do you work on homes with lead paint?

We do not work on homes with lead paint. In order for us to do prep work on a home built before 1978, we require documentation of a negative lead test.

If your home is built before 1978 and requires prep, we will require a negative lead test before the free estimate.

Do you work on one project from start to finish?

Yes, we work on one project from start to finish to complete projects in a timely manner. This also ensures that every customer gets our full attention through the duration of their project.

Do I have to be home while my house is being painted?

Accepted Answer

We only require you to be present on the last day of painting. This is so we can walk around with you at the end of the project and confirm that you're happy with all of work that's been completed.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 20% deposit and a contract signature to book into our schedule. The remaining 80% isn't due until the day your project is completed.
